Refund policy

We want you to love your Kakto. If something's not right, 
we'll make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be 
unused and in original condition. To start a return, email 
hello@kaktoware.com with your order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we'll process your refund 
within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo 
within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or 
issue a full refund — no return needed.

Change of Mind
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days. Return 
shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
