We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse via 
Australia Post.

How long does delivery take?
Standard: 3-7 business days
Express: 1-3 business days

How do I replace the sponge head?
Simply pull the old sponge head off the base and snap 
a new one on. No tools needed. Takes 5 seconds.

How often should I replace the sponge head?
Every 2-4 weeks depending on use, or when it starts 
to look worn.

Are the refill heads compatible with all Kakto handles?
Yes — all Kakto replacement sponge heads fit all 
Kakto cactus handles.

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns. If you're not happy, email 
hello@kaktoware.com and we'll sort it out.
